Our jams are produced in the South of Argentina,
a huge area called Patagonia next to the Andes Mountains, which is
very well known all over the world because of its natural , unspoilt
vast extensions of fertile land which provide unique advantages
to cultivate organic berries.
Since we are fully committed to the organic production no agro chemicals, no herbicides, no fertilizers are used at all in the fruit cultivation and no preservatives or additives at all are used in the production of the jams.
All these factors
, apart from the fact that our cultivation and production processes
are controlled by independent fully accredited certification bodies
and that analysis of the products are made regularly to check its
organic integrity , enable us to provide our customers with
certified organic products and to ensure their safety.
Our jams are produced on the farm where the organic certified fruits are cultivated and the factory has had also full organic certification since 1997.
The
jams are made in the traditional way, using open pans where small
batches are cooked slowly so the flavour and colour of the fruits
remain intense and unaltered. This allows jar-by-jar control and maintains
all the qualities of homemade production.
Ingredients: certified organic fruit + certified organic sugar
These 100% organic jams are elaborated with 55% organic fruit and 45% of organic sugar.
No other ingredients are used. No additives, conservatives , etc are added at all .
Only first
quality fruit is used for the elaboration of our Jams.
