Our
organic onions , garlic and pumpkins are produced in the South
of the province of Buenos Aires , an agricultural region with
rich fertile soil . This is the best area in Argentina
for growing these vegetables because of the characteristics
of the soil and the weather conditions and this is why their quality
is so well known and appreciated all over the world.
The fields
where the organic vegetables are grown have full organic certification
and they are completely separated from other farms to ensure the preservation
of its organic condition.
The whole process of production is
monitored right from the outset not only by our agronomists
but also by independent internationally accredited certifying bodies
which ensure that all the steps during the organic production are
respected to guarantee the organic integrity. No chemicals
are used, rotation of the crops is essential , and cultivation
is done in the most natural way.
